read my posts on th gold thread, i think the way this stock gets played is BS!!! ive noticed a falling price of an extra 2 to 3 cents towards the close on most days and not recovering back the next day since the gold trend has lost its strength

a fair price should be above support of the 3.46 price around 3.46 - 3.63 range since gold is holding around 888 -920 range being resistance. the xmj has risen heaps in the last 2 weeks and it has not reflected this rise, although when this index was smashed a month ago LGL fell from 4.37 to 4.04 whilst gold was holding up around $1000, so its obviously copped a whack on sentiment and seen poorly favoured as a big risk miner since it has to merge with EQI. Although this is good for the long term its coming under pressure in a short term Gold downward market.

I think as usual it falls and flushes out sellers just before next weeks quarterly report to announce maybe some restucturing and profit rising forecasts which is the same old news that we will need to be reminded of hence adding 5 or 10 cents which brings it back to fair value given the current conditions and sentiment.

3.60's will be tough to break however until we see gold rising past $936 and holding in the $950's, needs to break $965 to get over to that important breakout 390's target again and it will get there quickly once we see it hold above $965 because sentiment will swing enormously positive anticipating a double top in gold at $1000

I really don't know where these gold stocks and miners are leading us up the garden path during this opes prime and subprime fallout.
