what's the differents from 5 to ten, or ten to 15, not much when they revalue the NTA to say 85 or 95 cents which in my guess may easily happen.
You've only got to look at one's investment properties to see how much the decrease in interest rates has improved the bottom line, on a simple hundred thousand dollar morgage from this time last year to now, I'm saving over 2000 dollars a year, by ten properties (all owing 100k)just in interest alone that's a twenty thousand dollar a year saving on a million dollar loan.
When you start to talk in the billions there is massive savings to be made, all I can say is hold on to your hats when CER makes their anouncement to the market, investors will finally wake up and see that this is no dead dog.
