    CER and CNP are going up because they were systematically slaughtered by the funds / brokers / shorters and pathetic journalists to a ridiculously low level.

    Yes they have debt but I'm in no doubt both CER and CNP will return to a value hundred's of percent higher than current prices. And not in the too distant future.
