    I expect the reason ECH is not trading is because from a day trader's point of view it is just not liquid enough.

    look at the liquidity of BHP for example and compare it to CAZ. Then look at CAZ and compare it to ECH.

    Even I could make ECH fall if I sold my shares. And I'm a small fish in ECH which is a different kettle of fish compared to the relatively huge CAZ.
