I would have thought with HWE going through hard times may provide opportunities to win contracts with a reasonable profit margin. As far as management and board are concerned they have had significant changes and look to a better discipline than the old guard.
The only thing hanging over their head is their ownership in the Adelaide to Darwin railway line which they indicated they wish to get out of at the right time.
