    Surprise it isn't because fundamentals are bad. The stock has cash, steady earnings but had a massive drop because a ton of options expired at 1.30 ish. The holders of the exercised options will want to sell at 1.35 upwards.

    This one will be back at 1.40 within 3 weeks.
