Just posing a question to all the traders and professionals out there. Why is FKP so low right now??. Doesnt make sense to me. Especially after Stockland and Mulpha paid so much more for a stake recently. Having put a wad of money in the bank already, it seems to me that FKP wins whether Stockland make them an offer for their retirement assets or not. (I couldnt resist and bought back in to a few after holding them for years previously).
I know nothing. Everything I buy heads south (cept maybe FKP)
