I am going to take the opposing view, just for the hell of it.

1. THX has had a massive run up, and many would be keen to realise their profits.

2. There are less expensive exposures to THXs uranium opportunities such as TUC at .17c with lots of blue sky and very low market cap.

3. As the AFR said "Despite recent suggestions that negotiations are going badly"; what would happen to THXs share price should the deal fall over. I believe the revenue has already been built in, one way or the other.

4. It remains unknown as to the what the offer is, partial or full or offtake.
