Those of you fortunate enough to have memories that go back that far may recall a science show on ABC TV (black & white I think) by Prof Julius Sumner Miller by the above name, where he showed us simpletons why things are as they are. Oh that he were available now to explain to us why HIG shares are selling for 6/7 cents yet most of us think that they are worth much more, and Morgans value them now (Feb) at 45 cents.

Now Morgans are a very reputable company, and Morgans (Brisbane) have been following HIG for years and producing regular reports. Now not for one minute am I suggesting that they have any inside information, what I am suggesting is that they know HIghlands and its projects and situation very well and am sure that they would interview people at the Company before producing any report. So they would have gained knowledge over the years which may not have been of much note then, but may be of considerable interest now.

    So why 7c against 45c?

Like Cpl Schultz in Hogans Heros "I KNOW NOTHING,NOTHING" !! but I suspect that there may something in the JV Agreement that we don't know anything about. Like, both parties MUST be in agreement before they can proceed, or some agreed formula for buying the other party out. Something that is advantageous and valuable to us but not generally known.

An interesting comment in the last couple of quarterlies in the Corporate section
"Business development and acquisition opportunities being reviewed with a focus on copper and precious metals projects that are close to production. " Crikey where do you get the money for that ?. I think it will cost a bit more than the $12mil we have in the Bank. Hmmmmmmmmm.

Also see that they are looking at the Nena option. 45mt at 2.55% so looks like they have sorted out the processing route . A lousy 4.5mtpa plant over 10 years would produce 112,500tpa cu. Looks like a cheap way to production and low risk. Nena haven't been subject to drilling for years now.

    Sorry about the television theme.
