I have no idea of whether there is anything solid behind this move but from watching the live market depth I suspect there's plenty of pumping and dumping going on...at least in the mid/high 3's. Plenty of large buy orders pushing the price up, price retraces and the orders vanish just before they get filled. I would expect it to pull back well under 3.5 by day's end. Currently 3.7.
