    any one any idea why this one being sold down, i would have thought they would have good business at the mo, what with hurricanes in florida. UBS have given them a buy recommendation and there are signs that there is still steam in the housing market. I know us interest rates have an effect on this company but, by how much.

    Anyone care to comments....
