    petzl,for past 8 yrs this stock existed for one single reason,to pay high salaries to executives for doing nothing.I participated in original float (it was 1995 I think),got rid of them a few months later and since just cast an occasional glance at them.Wouldn't touch them until whole board is replaced,incl.CEO.By the way they were floated at $1.00
