Why is it taking so long?

Mgmt have been working on cobalt extraction for many years now making false start after false start, with delay after delay.
For years they were going to produce sulphuric acid until they finally realised that this came with its own set of problems. Then, most recently, they heralded agitated bioleach as the best solution until, belatedly, they realised that whilst this might work in cold countries, it doesn't work in Qld.
Meanwhile, peer companies like COB, have developed their own solution in-house and are being well rewarded for it in creating shareholder value.
They apparently realised the problems with producing large amounts of sulphuric acid and instead developed an innovative approach to thermally decompose the cobalt pyrite.
Their approach also generates elemental sulphur which seems to be sellable as well.
NB all this has been available online for some time now for anyone that takes the trouble to look!
Unfortunately, we're not COB shareholders, but as long suffering AML holders, we'd like to know where AML mgmt is up to this time?
Is the COB process suitable for Walford Creek pyrite (apparently COB will license the process given that we seem to be have so much trouble on our own)?
Have AML mgmt even considered it?
Why does whatever we do take so long compared to peer companies?
All questions that shareholders have a right to have answered which, unfortunately, is very unlikely to happen. Unprecedented in our experience is mgmt/Board's steadfast refusal to answer questions from their own shareholders.
If the same mgmt and consultants we keep going back to aren't coming up with workable solutions, why aren't we changing the people?
