I'm not good at English. I meant to say that there is clearly no problem for the access agreement, only an official signing ceremony away, as I said in my earlier post.

What I don't get is the huge difference between the MC of the coal players I mentioned.

Anyway, I will hold my MNMO until next April. I just hope they can prove up the tonnage and the Yankees have learnt to better look after themselves by then.
