Manny, I've maintained my short on this stock for the past fortnight or so. Yesterdays jump was just a bit of covering after an announcement but didn't seem sustainable to me.
I don't know about the fundamentals, but technically it was very weak and set for a pulback, based on Elliott Wave, trend and price analysis. IMO it's still got further down to go although I have more than one potential target, but I think you'll find the sell-off is more technical, after a strong run for the 6 months to Xmas and I wouldn't waste too much time trying to figure out fundamental reasons for it.
Let it find its level and you can assess it's fundamentals and value once it does.
