everyone needs to remember the advantage of development in a low growth , low rate interest rate environment.

Remember this; it is wise to do so when building costs are low and financing costs are extremely low.

Also realise the point that governments actually prioritise infrastructure plans to help prop the economy. Not just in Aust but globally.

I think people are failing to realise this

I am not alone in making decisions right now that make economic sense to do so when the costs of production will continue to be far less than they were just 12 months ago.

Do your ROI sums and have your wits that developers know a lower cost project has a much greater return than a high one.. economics 101

Investors and developers have a 10yr+ view on returns.

I laughed seeing people renovating and developing at the peak paying twice they needed to. take a second to think about it
