    As a value investor I too am keenly watching this stock. It seems many invstors are turning away due to the news of Dubai softening real estate market. But as in any cycle I believe it will go back up as will oil prices.

    The question is, what is the true VALUE of this SP? And if $19 is indeed the bottom. I think anything below $20 is a deadset bargain for LT holders. I patiently wait with money locked and loaded ready to BUY at the right price.
