I don't understand why management (that we pay/paid) is now...

I don't understand why management (that we pay/paid) is now working for the banks? Why haven't they had the integrity to say "no" to the banks?

Also, why haven't they said to the banks, we will not do your dirty work? The easy answer is - they are feathering their own nests and trying to recoup losses, via future salaries, that they may have incurred holding BNB's.

Correct me if I'm wrong - this smells of treason by management and our dear ex CFO but our new (don't blame me) CEO.
