    You must take more things into account than that Rail, Drilling, Infrastructure to come to the cost of Marampa why not go back and look at what he paid for his last major project and what he sold it for he has not been that far from what he wants in price and if times had not been poor around Lady Annie it would have got more to.

    You can wonder why but the facts are he has made very good deals and I will back his choice with this one too.
