Not sure why they need a game changer TBH. Their focus is better placed on process and systems they appear to lack. That lack is evident in constant changes of direction in production methods.
An example: Their ooriginal POD was they grew the fish in cages up out of the mud so they don't taste muddy. Now, "free range" in the mud.
IMHO, the lack of consistacy in this company is from lack of aquaculture experience in the leadership. The board is made up of failed business leaders with the exception of perhaps one.
I predict they will continue to pivot for no good reason, other than to garner interest in investment without hope of returns. The leaders history, prior to this venture is being reflected in theit constant poor performance.
Just my opinion.
