If they can find a properly developed fracture network at Ooraminna it could be huge.

Palm Valley is similarly tight rock to Ooraminna in terms of matrix perm, but because of the well-developed fracture network it flowed at gargantuan rates, one well at 140 MMscfd.

My suspicion is that Cottee and the team have re-mapped the structure and used geomechanical principles to explain why the two previous wells missed the fracture network, and to predict where Ooraminna 3 should be drilled. The technique of Gaussian curvature mapping has been successfully used in the Amadeus before to do this, albeit only after PV and Mereenie were discovered.

Even if they can't find the natural fracture network, it could work if it's artificially fractured. Combined with the large structure, the new market about to open up through NGP and the nearness of Dingo, Ooraminna is definitely looking much more attractive than it did in 2010.

Ideally they would shoot a 3D seismic survey over it, but for such a large structure that would be expensive.
