Why is Miggster banned in Australia?

It seems EM1 has banned their own product from operating in Australia. Miggster hasn't. I note it does say list can be changed without notice but this is the Miggster specific website so they must have known if they were not offering it to Australia - see below exert straight from the Miggster Terms & Conditions document available on the website...........

We are unable to offer services to the following countries: *The list of restricted countries may be changed without prior notice if US or EU government authorities decide, or if an external supplier restricts activities in a jurisdiction, or if operational or risk assessments are made by Crowd1 management. If an Affiliate’s account is closed due to changed restrictions, the earned and accrued Rewards can be exchanged for real currency and sent to the Affiliate’s own bank account

Can only leave me to think that EM1 are up to something by banning Miggster in the country they operate from.
Maybe it's not just Miggster and CROWD1 that are dodgy?
Could it be EM1 are hiding something?
Seems strange we cant sign up here in the country who's stock exchange it is listed on......
