Doing the DD on this company leads to a few strange places, but nowhere pleasant.
Firdhose Coovada is named in the Paradise Papers,, for example, but I have no reason to suspect him nor Bert Mondello, Phillip Re, Jonathan Hart, nor Gregory Stevens of any wrongdoing.
Legally speaking, they're all saints until wrongdoing is actually proven - but the ASX doesn't decide if you've done wrong, just enforce compliance with its Listing Rules and then refer irregularities to the regulator (ASIC) for enforcement or court action.
