so far the numbers was 6k so yes it would be sold down imo.
if the numbers were 1-3M then no but no one was expecting 6k from 6M preregistration (last announced sub number when trading) and since then it has gone to 11M so the uptake % is even worse which has also been impacted by management’s ability not to have the platform up to scratch weeks after the scheduled global launch where they knew the demand so they could of stress tested and made sure they had the infrastructure in place to cope.
