I really don't know the answer. All Just opinion.
It's quite possible that they don't want to operate yet Miggster/ArcadeX in a country that has strong policies around competitions/raffles/gambling? I don't know much about this TBH, but I know Australia has laws around skill-based competitions, and non-skill based competitions, and raffles, and gambling. Can't say that I understand exactly how Miggster system determines winners, or how it gets the prize to the winners. Also not sure if the prizes are awarded based on skill (i.e. win the competition to get the prize), or if it's more raffle-based (win the competition to get more tokens... use more tokens to enter raffle with higher chance of winning)??? If they were to operate in Australia; they would have to work within all the Australian laws for such things.... .... Again just opinion; maybe this is partly why Emerge Gaming haven't launched ArcadeX or any other variant of their platform into Australia, despite it being planned back in early 2019?
