Thinking about it... it really depends whose costs are included in the "directly attributable platform costs". If that covers EM1's expenses, good for EM1. if that part covers TIM's expenses, that is bad for EM1.

Gross revenue (100)
Gross revenue - tax (100 - x) {Is this EM1's tax, or TIM's tax, or both?}
Gross revenue - tax - "directly attributable platform costs" DAPC (100 - x - y) = Net revenue "NR" {is the DAPC EM1's platform costs, or TIM's platform costs, or both?}
Em1's cut of net revenue = NR * 0.645
TIM's cut of net revenue = NR * 0.355

If the tax part covers EM1's tax, and if the platform costs part covers EM1's platform costs, then that is good. If these parts are taken out to only cover TIM's costs and not EM1's costs, then that is bad... Hope this makes sense?
