Why is Miggster banned in Australia?, page-76

It does say in the Miggster terms and conditions:

"The offerings provided through Crowd1 will consist of a vast array of products and/or services delivered by third-party suppliers. Due to the variety of products and/or services being provided on crowd1.com and due to different regulatory bodies restrictions per country certain products and/or services may not be available in your country of residence and therefore, those will be restricted in some regions."

Which would imply, given that Miggster is not available in Australia, that the Australian regulatory bodies would not allow Crowd1 products to be sold here.
