If the said 3rd world countries are such a key, then why does everyone dismiss the financial regulators in many 3rd world countries who have banned or are investigating Crowd1 etc?
surely it cant be both ways...either the "3rd world" countries are relevant to both facts, or they are irrelevant to both!
