What is NHC up to they were willing a few months ago to get out of AOE at the right price and now complete silence.Shell has to get NHC on its side before this takeover could go ahead so either NHC is playing hard to get to drive sp up or all of a sudden they believe like many here that this is not enough,BUT are they going to gamble if the deal falls through it's back down to $4-$4.5 from memory as a rough figure they spent approx $250M to get into AOE and now it's worth more than double $500M+!!
