    To me, management recommending a takeover when SBL was at its absolute lowest was very very disappointing, especiallyy for some of us long term sholders who paid late 2c + , and when you remember they were at 4c + at one stage and less progressed than they are now. the numbers were staking up nicely in terms of PE etc.

    Open Question for Management..Where is that upgrade to double production rate anyway that has been in feasibility for so long? And why cant you raise capital now you have cashflow and soooooo need LG? How can you stand to be called "struggling" by LG, is that what you were ? I thought you were growing nicely.

    I don't get it..
