Don't quite get the part of your theory where SAR holders need to sell out. The best growth of the NST story is from SAR. My average price upon conversion of my SAR shares is well South of the current trading.
I'm SAR holder and I am more than happy to hold here at NST. The price might gyrate but it won't collapse. This puppy makes to much coin.
I also agree that a target somewhere at the 10.60 area looks a chance and would be a great target price.
