Because criminals have nst as their little toy for the next few days, maybe a weak. Lots of smaller broker positive broker upgrades today, but the boss Morgan Stanley (read black rock) has not given its blessing as per its broker call. MS/BR are the institutions he hold the biggest stick. essentially they are in charge. but that might all change at any moment.
Please note that the other positive broker calls today essentially means "hey guys, thanks for selling us your shares on the cheap last week, we are now ready to sell them back to you with a 10% premium"
