Last week i wrote an email and recieved a reply from a former NXS director Ian Tchacos now with ADX energy. Ian suggested to me that they drove NXS very hard proior to the GFC, with the commitment made to many long lead time items needed for the crux developement. In short this email now leeds me to believe that RC has inherited a company with so many skeletons in the cupboard that to reveal all would spook any future investors. this is possibly why shell and many others are not interested in NXS. The NXS buisness structure is complex confusing and pracareous. In hindsite if i new previously what i now know about NXS i woud not have invested one cent. I now seriously believe that NXS is in great danger of failing.
