Valid concerns and NXS has some legacy issues, hence why we have new management now. IT may not have been the best person to speak well of NXS as he was fired.
Also, I wouldn't assume that Shell and others aren't interested in Crux... as far as I know, everything has a selling price. Whether we'll be happy with it is another issue.
If I'm to assume anything, I'd assume Crux negotiations are ongoing and confidentiality is probably a big reason why we're not hearing anything.
Frustrating? Definitely. Failing, unlikely as NXS is in better shape than it was when IT left.
