i was thinking the exact same, but also.. Someone mentioned in a previous thread that their roles in the company can simply be contracted out, hence, they don't perform a major role to enable the success of the company. And this isn't the only stock they are on, or work for, Check UUV as an example, so the minimal pay they receive here, also get in other companies. Buy on market, its a discount to the cap raise, so they would be getting in cheap anyway. I'm still thinking to vote NO to all resolutions.
