I don't think they can give themselves a bonus, it's called milestone incentive performance shares that gets voted in by shareholders.
If they reach targets they get shares, if they don't reach their targets which is stated in the prospectus they get nothing!
The milestones in the Class A seem pretty reasonable and I'd be over the moon if they reach that as soon as possible! Even if it gets close everyone that's been burnt should be in the green.
