Don't think many OKR investors who post on these threads know this.
It's a nice resource, but BLR had so many issues getting permits. From memory I think there was an issue around the fauna, some type of bird or something (could be wrong as the BLR days were many years ago).
Who knows though, this time could be different as the world has moved forward somewhat with carbon reduction, clean energy, etc
