Are we not seeing federal government regulation favouring renewable energy? Do you really believe that governments state and federal will put their names to AVA's smoker, when WA has some of the biggest gas fields in the world?

CNX have a market cap of $500m and they just gave 5% of that to obtain ENB's tenements, why would they do that if the project was doomed to fail?

As for funding, you might want to read into ENB's proposal, it mentions that GE will provide this and with $30m of CNX's, $5m in the bank (half of AVA's market cap) and the $A appreciating by the day, (reducing the cost of the gas turbines) the $150m isnt far away. They have all the permits, something that AVA does not have.

AVA has to re-evaluate its options, maybe get the CSM boys over from the east ie. Arrow Energy.

or

just simply throw it on a boat and ship it to China (if there's money it).
