I don't think the threat of litigation is having any impact on the SP. I seem to recall the dollar value involved in the litigation was very small compared to OZL's cash flow.

I think the company is way oversold at the moment.

Reasons for SP held back include:
1) No likely franked dvidend
2) Carry over of reputation
3) Some say there is a risk with a single mine/commodity (ignore the gold)

I personally feel no 1 is the main reason. It would be interesting to work out a possible dividend if OZL didn't have the huge tax losses it has to wipe out before it can offer franked dividends
