    Hi Dasa, the Company does not have to pay franked dividends. Way back, when Oxr paid their first dividends ( I found one of mine from 2006), it was 0% franked. This would not involve any tax losses etc. TB mentioned that this would be looked at in July, after the June figures. This will boost our SP without doubt. M.
