why is ozl falling

Why is ozl still falling ?
Ok last week was not a great week for copper and to a point gold, and the Dow did lose some shine from the top. I didn't like the consolidation and capital return, and posted as such. So far you could be excused to think so far the market doesn't seem to like it.
from what I can see I hope the consolidation and capital return gets voted down. Is the capital return subject to a vote ?

Bloody hell come on OZL it's almost seems some of the other copper stocks are reluctant to move forward as well, maybe taking your lead. grrrrrrrrrrr.
