Israel's Jews are of all colours, but Jews none the less, that's why it calls itself a Jewish state....(which incidentally is the only country in the Middle East which guarantees absolute freedom of religion.)
The Australian comparison should have therefore related to a religion, that is, if the majority of Australians were Christians would you call it a Christian country? Of course we would.
Introducing a "colour" aspect was a foolish red herring.......
