IMO its a combination of shorts and bots working together, short stop it from rising, bots grind it down, let it run up and make a few cents (range trading) then repeat the process. One thing I can say is retail investors certianly not in control, we have to follow what the BEOT is doing or just sit it out until they get their fill.
