Funny world. 12 months ago RRL was trading at around $5.50 with gold around $1,850.00. Now with gold around $2,500 and we are $3.45. That's like over $200m extra cash generation per annum plus some from low oil prices (back of the envelope numbers not taking into account hedges of oil, gold and others). Shouldn't RRL be closer to $10?
So what would RRL trade at if the gold dropped back to $1,600?
10 cents? $4.50? Who knows? How one supposed to make any sense of this manipulated, over leveraged, momentum traded market?
