As you can see, REU,RAT and RJT are not a great deal different to the rest of the pack, so, it's a sector wide problem. As a matter of fact, I do this research daily, and as a result, it gives me a greater insight as to sector performance, and, what stocks have been oversold. Take a look at TSO as another oversold stock.
