Looks cheap - cashflow positive and it has net assets which are liquid.
$14M market cap less $3.5M net assets - the underlying business is costing us $10M.
They have no main custmer which is a risk but they are locked in now for 5 yrs.
The other concern is the falling revenue - is this due to the shortage of semi conductor chips in the market and lower subscriptions?
And finally with 59,000 subscriptions ad only $1.5M in revenue - we arent getting much for each subscription - any thoughts on this? Esp given some other companies give this software away for free.
