So someone buying up Rio shares to bump up the price to say $65? Then the cap raising is announced at $45 telling everyone they are knocking off 30% off the last close price and selling it as cheap as chips.
Very similar to what happened to LGL and WES though you would need to spend a lot of dough to push the price to your comfort region.
Plausible.
