Could someone give me a snapshot of why ROC is trading at these seemingly low levels. I have done some research and I see that operating cash flow for first half '09 was very strong, even with low oil prices. Exploration prospects look good, plenty of cash, good production etc etc. Are their production issues??
There was the spp at 78c...is that right?
I am looking to enter, but would appreciate the good, the bad and the ugly perspective from followers of this stock.
