Please could you provide a link to a full write up of your investment thesis? They are a great example of a spin off, I have to say. I like them for that. A spin off I've been watching lately and did an analysis of was REZI, I calculated a safe price of $USD18.73 for that, and the margin of safety is currently a healthy 36% given they're trading at $USD13.51 at the moment.
I suppose they could be oversold at the moment, but they are in fact not growing very quickly. They did in fact see reduced profits due to reduced demand for not only coal but also aluminium. What's your case for increasing demand for these commodities, or at least aluminium given they're divesting the SA coal mine? Do they have any other coal mines BTW?
