How about the commissioning delay has been caused by ineptitude.
SBL management have shown they didn't have a clear & comprehensive understanding of the commissioning process when they announced in November that commissioning was expected in January. Then with no explanation whatsoever on 31st Januuary in the quaterly report they said commissioning would be in the 1st quarter. On the 10th March in the presentation for the rights issue & placement they changed the 1st Gold pour to April also with no explanation for the delay.
They now have 1 week to meet their twice delayed commissioning schedule. It's not surprising the SP of SBL is showing weakness as many investors would be starting to question management/board competence to run a Gold mine.
